Our silver collection holds chain, pendant, bracelet, earring, and ring models of all types: sophisticated and pure or young and colorful, the selection is infinite! D.S.A. distributes jewelry made with silver 92.5% pure, commonly called "sterling silver". Because of natural silver's particular softness, alloys such as copper and brass are blended to it, in a proportion not exceeding 3% to 7,5%. In some cases, these alloys may normally react to the skin's natural acids, creating a blackish film on the jewelry.

Jewels - Art and Precision

Our jewelry is exclusively sold as shown in our electronic catalog, implying that no substitution or modification can be made to any of our products. For example, a model produced with turquoise may not be ordered with a different gem or stone. In the same manner, all our jewelry is only available in the lengths and sizes listed in our catalog.


Our rings are available in six different sizes. Our smaller rings, designed for women, are offered in sizes 5 to 8 and our more voluminous ones in sizes 5.5. to 9. Unisex models are offered in sizes 6 to 11 and the chunkier men styles are available up to size 13. We also sell rings adjustable in size, such as toe rings.

Jewelry Maintenance


We recommend that silver jewelry be cleaned with a polishing cloth. Cleansing creams can be helpful however they are not required for good results. Oxidized or blackened jewelry should not be cleaned with " Silver Dipp " (if applied regularly, this product might cause the oxidation to fade and may yellow the silver). Simply use a toothbrush with a little bit of toothpaste, making sure toothpaste residue is rinsed well… The result should sparkle !


Rubbing natural oils on gem stones will restore their shine.

General Tip

In order to prevent the premature oxidation or blackening of jewelry, we recommend that it be kept away from moisture and heat (light).

Purchase Forms and Delivery

You have surfed through our catalog and are now ready to purchase a selection of goods. Good! D.S.A. Inc is known throughout the Canadian market for its efficient Production Department and its speedy deliveries. It's a fact: our continuously well stocked inventories allow us to rapidly satisfy more than 95% of orders received. That's something to be proud of!

Please note that payment of the first order is always due on receipt and must be settled in cash or by certified cheque, bank transfer, Visa or MasterCard. Order could be placed by fax, phone or email. For all orders, a minimum purchase of 300,00$ is required. A confirmation number is issued by D.S.A. Inc. for each order received. All orders are processed in reasonable time, within 12 to 48 business hours after the confirmation number has been issued.

Orders shipped within Canada are sent and insured through Canpar (ground transportation). All deliveries outside of Canada will be sent through DHL or FEDEX: please note that transport charges, insurance, and customs clearance fees are to be covered by the customer. In both cases, delivery periods might vary between two to four business days. If a parcel is lost by a carrier, a claim will be made to this company by D.S.A. Inc. and a new replacement order will be shipped immediately. This procedure is not applicable for parcels shipped collect (as usually done for international orders). If a parcel is damaged or seems to have been opened during transportation, you must notify the deliveryman upon receipt to allow him to report the problem immediately.

Back Order Articles

Our well organized inventories allow us to prepare and ship our orders almost immediately upon receipt. However, during certain busy periods of the year, jewelry demand is such that - alas - not all orders can be thoroughly satisfied. To honor our pledge to quality, D.S.A. Inc. will gladly ship, free of transport charges within Canada, any orders unfulfilled because of lack of stock.

Return Policy

D.S.A. Inc. promises to insure its customers first grade products and service at all times. However, in spite of all our efforts, some errors or bugs can escape the vigilant eye of our quality-control personnel. Hence, certain articles may possibly be defective, or be the wrong ones delivered. Our well structured return policy continues to insure that all clients be satisfied, even in the event of an error.

If you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please contact our Customer Service for a return authorization number. All requests and return claims must be submitted to D.S.A. Inc. within 10 days upon receipt of merchandise. We will process all claims within two to five business days. Articles must be returned still unused, in their original packaging. Returned articles may be replaced or credited, at the client's discretion.
