General Administrative Policy

  • This site is intended for retailers and distributors only.
  • Only registered customers can access our online catalogue.
  • D.S.A. will not to reveal any customer information to a third party, to the extent of its legal obligations or of any other circumstance where D.S.A. could find it necessary.
  • Prices are given in Canadian dollars and can be changed at any time.
  • Articles can be discontinued or added to the catalogue without prior notice.
  • Shipping and return charges are at customer's expense.
  • We accept Visa and MasterCard.
  • Title of ownership will be transferred only upon full payment of amount due.
  • D.S.A. will not practice consignment sales.
  • All products are sold by the unit, except for earrings.
  • If not satisfied with the goods delivered, customers can be reimbursed; unused credit can also be reimbursed upon termination of business relationship with D.S.A.

Ordering Merchandise

  • Purchase orders must be filled in full. Incorrect or missing information can and will induce delays in delivery.
  • D.S.A. Inc. will deliver a confirmation number for valid purchase orders. This number can be used to track the status of an order.
  • The order process is divided in three parts or statuses: confirmation, production, shipping.
  • For new customers, the payment of the first order is always due on receipt and must be settled in cash, or by certified cheque, bank transfer, Visa or MasterCard.
  • Order could be placed by fax, phone or email.
  • A minimum purchase of $ 300,00 is required.
  • Once the confirmation number has been issued, all orders are processed within 12 to 48 business hours.
  • An order can be modified when it is still pending on production status.
  • Orders will be shipped by the most appropriate carrier (Canpar, DHL or FEDEX), which will provide a delivery tracking number.
  • Shipping of backordered articles will be free of charge, within Canada.


  • All shipments inside Canada are completed and insured by Canpar (ground transportation).
  • Shipping charges are $12,00 within the provinces of Quebec and Ontario, and $20,00 for the rest of Canada. Charges are the same for orders payable on receipt. The Canpar "Select Service" guarantees delivery within two business days in major cities Canada however it is not available for orders payable on receipt. Price may vary, please contact us.
  • DHL & FEDEX deliver all international shipments. Transport charges, insurance and customs clearance fees are at customer's expense. Delivery period might vary between two to four business days.
  • If a parcel is lost by a carrier, a claim will be made to this company by D.S.A. Inc. and a replacement order shipped immediately to the customer. This procedure is not applicable for parcels shipped collect.
  • If a parcel is damaged or seems to have been opened during transportation, the customer must notify the deliveryman upon receipt to allow him to report the problem immediately.

Return Policy

  • All returns or claims of adjustment must be notified directly to D.S.A. Inc. within 10 days of the date of receipt of the merchandise.
  • Returns and adjustments are processed by D.S.A. Inc. within two to five business days after receipt.
  • On receipt of any damaged or defective article, customers must call D.S.A. Inc.'s Customer Service Department to get a return authorization number.
  • Damaged or defective articles should not be used and must be returned in their package of origin.
  • Returned products can either be replaced or credited to the customer's account.


  • D.S.A. Inc. will provide credit to eligible customers, in accordance with the terms and conditions determined by its administrative division.
  • In order to be admissible for credit, a client must duly fill and sign a D.S.A. Inc. Credit Application Form. This form must be returned either by mail or by fax for processing.
  • A two-week delay is to be expected before credit is approved and credit account opened.
  • D.S.A. Inc. has the right to modify or revoke a precise clause, or the full credit contract, or to suspend a customer's credit privileges, at its sole discretion. However, the loan holder remains entirely responsible for all due sums, at all times.
  • All outstanding sums will bear interest starting from the 30th day following the billing date, at a monthly compound interest rate of 1,5% (18% annually).
  • D.S.A. Inc. will charge a $10,00 fee for all cheques returned.
